LETTER TO OUR CURRENT & FUTURE MEMBERS
Dear LBL members,
The Lady Between the Lines Art Agency has gone through drastic changes in the last year. The passing of our beloved Founder, President, brother, father figure, and wonderful friend Monticello Miller, has been a great loss to all of us. Monticello’s compassion and his persistent dedication to his fellow artists left a positive impression on the artistic community. Under his mentoring, encouragement and support, many young artists were able to launch their artistic careers.
Now that Monti has made his transition to the other side, we feel compelled to continue the legacy that he so passionately built. His sister, Anita Mager, has always been Monti’s right hand woman. Currently residing in Singapore, she is in charge of the International exhibits. Here in the US, we are going to continue working with her to unfold the beauty of Monticello’s artistic vision as Lady Between the Lines, Los Angeles, or LBL LA.
Recently, Ken Esteves secured an impressive gallery space in the heart of Los Angeles for our use. We hope that you embrace this gallery as a safe space where you can express your art and soul. Please join us in our exciting upcoming events, including Artist 2 Artist show in Singapore, and our Art Festival, 2014 at the Elysian Park Police Academy - Parker Foundation.
